My stay at The Oterra in Bangalore was nice, marked by really good service and a vibrant atmosphere. While the room was comfortable, I did notice it could use some refreshing. The dining options were diverse and truly good, making the experience enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay at The Oterra. The welcome from Swathi in Customer Relations was really good. she even arranged a special cake to celebrate my visit. However, I did encounter some noise issues during the day due to construction, which was unfortunate. Overall, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the breakfast really stood out.
